详细描述
1.恒海热熔胶机采用预熔式加热熔缸，“特氟龙”涂层，减少碳化物产生。
2.恒海热熔胶机采用槽式自扣外壳，易于折装维修，达国际设计安全标准。
3.熔胶量高达35kg/hr，功率：3500W+1200W
4.触摸屏温控系统配合精确PT100铂金/K型感温器，减少热熔胶变质及维修保养。自动全过程监测各区域温度，发现某区域超温时立即输出声光报警信号同时屏幕显示故障点。各区域设置有独立开关控制，跟据需要选择打开要打开的加温区域。
5.配备2组耐用单/双层齿轮泵，精准输胶量.
6.配备2组回流阀及6组超温保护回路以最大限度保障安全。
7.耐用单/双层齿轮泵，精准输出胶量，精确计量式齿轮泵每转精准输出0.75---15cc可供选配。
注意事项
1. 热熔胶机，热熔胶枪都是高温高压设备，注意防烫；
2. 热熔胶喷枪温度就绪后，才可以启动设备；
3. 热熔胶喷枪在安装过程中要关闭电源后操作；
4. 安装辅助设备如热熔胶枪、热熔胶管时要泄压、排压后才可安装；
5. 定期清理热熔胶枪和热熔胶机表面的粉尘，防止静电打火；
6. 定期检查是否有热熔胶枪和热熔胶机漏胶、漏电情况。

Detailed description
1. Pre melting type heating melting cylinder, "TEFLON" coating to reduce carbide generation.
2. The grooved self buckle shell is easy to fold and repair, and meets the international design safety standards.

4. The touch screen temperature control system cooperates with precise PT100 platinum / K-type temperature sensor to reduce the deterioration and maintenance of hot melt adhesive. Automatically monitor the temperature of each area in the whole process. When an area is over temperature, it will immediately output an audible and visual alarm signal, and the fault point will be displayed on the screen. Each area is equipped with independent switch control to select the heating area to be opened according to the needs.
